Safety First • Then We Shift

Waiver & Rules

Before your VR adventure, every player must review the safety rules and complete the official waiver during booking or check-in.

What Players Agree To

Quick Safety Acknowledgment

Free-roam VR is active entertainment. You may walk, turn, crouch, dodge, reach, react, and move through a designated play space. Every participant must follow staff instructions and stop immediately if they feel uncomfortable.

  • Waiver required for every player.
  • Parent or legal guardian must sign for minors.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early for setup and safety briefing.
  • Closed-toe shoes are recommended.
  • No running, roughhousing, alcohol, or unsafe behavior.
  • Tell staff immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, anxious, or uncomfortable.

Medical Notice

Know Before You Play

VR may not be right for everyone. Players with seizure history, epilepsy, serious motion sickness, balance issues, heart conditions, pregnancy, recent injuries, or other medical concerns should consult a medical professional before playing.

This page is a public summary. The official waiver should be reviewed and signed in Square or at check-in.
